Phoenix Copper Limited is pleased to announce that results from its recently completed Yorke Peninsula shallow drilling programme have returned anomalous base metal geochemistry from altered rocks indicative of Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) mineralisation at the Balgowan and Cross Prospects.

The second stage of the diamond drilling program at the newly discovered Eagle Prospect at Burra North commenced today, 20th August 2012.
Phoenix Copper Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire EL3907 in the highly prospective Iron Ore Copper Gold (IOCG) province on the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia.
Phoenix Copper is pleased to announce the receipt of $1.53 million from the exercise of 15.3 million 30 June 2012 10 cent options. As a result, the Company has issued 15.3 million fully paid ordinary shares in PNX, and a further 15.3 million free attaching options, each exercisable at $0.15 and expiring 30 June 2013, will be issued later this month.

A total of 8 diamond drill holes PCD0035 - PCD0042 have now been completed for a total of 931.5m at the Burra North prospect on Exploration License 4226 with a further hole, PCD0043, underway.
Phoenix Copper is pleased to announce receipt of a spectacular analytical results in near surface diamond drill core from hole PCD0040 at its Burra North Copper project in South Australia.
Mineral explorer Phoenix Copper Ltd has been buoyed by excellent drilling results at its highly prospective Burra North tenement in South Australia.
Excellent Copper Assay Results recently returned in near-surface Diamond Core from PCD0038 at Burra North. Intercepts are contained wholly within the northern extension of the Monster Mine sequence of mineralised host rocks and structures which include the interpreted Kingston Fault. Planned follow up reverse circulation (RC) drilling program of up to 1,000m to determine the extend of the mineralisation surrounding PCD0038.

Phoenix Copper Limited is pleased to announce that visible disseminated copper sulphides have been found over 9.7m total length from 99.8m to 109.4m in diamond hole PCD0038, at the Burra North Project including two significant zones of chalcopyrite each 0.6m wide. This, the fourth in the a program of seven holes, was completed to 120.95m on 22nd March 2012.
